Fellow Feeling Foundation does not have access to or store your complete card numbers, CVV, or banking credentials.
All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.
We only receive a transaction confirmation, payment ID, and the amount donated.

Donor records (name, PAN, donation amount): Minimum 8 years as required under Indian Income Tax Act.
Contact form submissions: Up to 3 years after the last interaction.
Volunteer records: Up to 3 years after the last engagement.

2. Non-Refundable Donations

Refunds may be considered for:
Duplicate Transaction: Charged more than once due to a technical error.

Failed Transaction with Debit: Transaction failed but amount was debited.
4. Refund Request Process

Refunds credited to the original payment method.

6. Cancellation of Recurring Donations
Cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. Already-processed donations are non-refundable.

8. Shipping & Delivery
Fellow Feeling Foundation does not sell or ship any goods. No products or services are offered in exchange for donations. There is no shipping or delivery policy applicable. All donations are used exclusively for charitable purposes.
